I am a physicist who understood that others were much more capable than me at being scientific researchers and therefore I decided to become an Entrepreneur. For 14 years I developed Santagostino as CEO. I love being an entrepreneur and working with entrepreneurs to change the world. I love the scientific approach to understanding the world. So I love data, experiments, logic, first principles behind things that happen and I look at the world with these methods.
At the same time I think that human beings have another fundamental part: emotions
Consequently, when it comes to living in the world and making things happen, emotions matter and must be cared for.
How do we work
We make investments in qualified minorities (20%-40%) in startups in the pre-seed and seed phase by becoming co-founders
We contribute directly together with the other founders to the definition of the product, the business plan and the strategy
We take care of the financial endowment part of the company by investing our own money and then helping the management to raise the capital necessary for growth
We coach management
We physically incubate companies for a few months, before and after the foundation
For standard company activities we provide fractional managers
We help business development directly
